INDICATIONS

Fatigue, nervousness, anxiety, sleeplessness, loss of appetite, underweight & undernourishment, convalescence, pregnancy & lactation.

DOSAGE :

For convalescing individuals

Adults: 1 tablespoon 2 times daily

Children: 1 teaspoon 2 times daily

For pregnant & lactating females :

1 tablespoon 3 times daily

As a health supplement :

Adults: 1 tablespoon 2-3 times daily

Children: 1-2 teaspoon 2-3 times daily

or as prescribed by the physician.
